How we verify reviews
- One review per delivered order. The review invite is triggered by the carrier delivery scan, not the order date, and only sends once per SKU per customer.
- 21-day delay. We wait three weeks so reviewers have had time to reconstitute and use the vial rather than review the box.
- No filtering by rating. Three- and four-star reviews are published alongside five-star reviews on the product pages. Removals only happen for spam, off-topic content, or personal-information leaks — never for negative sentiment.

What if my experience was not what the reviews suggest?

If the vial itself is fine but the outcome does not match, email support and we will send the batch-specific COA and discuss what may have happened.
