Prescott Bio Canada Inc. (“Prescott Bio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. We retain order records for at least seven (7) years, the period required by the Canada Revenue Agency for tax records. Marketing-preference records are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymized analytics data is retained on a rolling basis per the vendor’s default retention (typically 14–26 months). We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to our legal-retention obligations.

No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.
