Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Prescott Bio Canada Inc. (“Prescott Bio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. This policy is written to comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Account and order information — the name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address you provide when you create an account, place an order, or contact support.
- Payment information — card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We retain a masked reference (last four digits, brand, expiry) for reconciliation and refund purposes.
- Order history — SKUs purchased, lot numbers dispatched, order totals, tax amounts, and shipment tracking numbers.
- Site-usage information — pages visited, items viewed and added to cart, search terms, referring URL, browser type, IP address, and anonymized session identifiers. Collected through first-party cookies and our analytics vendors.
- Communications — the content of any email, chat, or contact-form message you send us.
2. How we use your information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To fulfill and ship your orders, including sharing your shipping address with the carrier.
- To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, shipment tracking, delivery updates, replacement approvals).
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and other unlawful activity.
- To comply with our legal obligations under Canadian tax, customs, and consumer-protection law.
- To measure, in aggregate, how the Site is used and to improve product listings, content, and checkout flow.
- With your explicit consent, to send you marketing emails about new products, restock notices, and educational content. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing
privacy@prescottbiopeptides.st.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your cart across sessions, and give you a consistent A/B-test experience. We also use analytics cookies from the vendors listed below. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work, though cart persistence and login may be affected.
4. Third parties we share information with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share limited information with the following service providers, each bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe — payment processing for card orders. Full card data is entered into Stripe directly.
- Interac / e-Transfer — payment processing for Interac orders.
- Shipping carriers (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, DHL) — your shipping address and phone number for delivery.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized site-usage analytics.
- PostHog — first-party product analytics hosted on infrastructure we control.
- Email service provider — transactional and (with consent) marketing email delivery.
Some of these vendors process data outside of Canada, typically in the United States or the European Union. By using the Site you understand that your information may be transferred to and stored in these jurisdictions and may be subject to lawful access requests by foreign authorities.
5. Data retention
We retain order records for at least seven (7) years, the period required by the Canada Revenue Agency for tax records. Marketing-preference records are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymized analytics data is retained on a rolling basis per the vendor’s default retention (typically 14–26 months). We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to our legal-retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent to any processing that is based on consent (such as marketing emails). Some processing is required to fulfill your order or to comply with law and cannot be withdrawn while you have an active order.
- Deletion — request deletion of information no longer needed for a legitimate purpose (subject to our legal-retention obligations).
- Complaint — file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (
priv.gc.ca) or your provincial privacy regulator if you believe we have mishandled your information.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@prescottbiopeptides.st with your request and enough information to verify your identity. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
7. Security
We store personal information on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted to employees and contractors who need the information to do their jobs, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact privacy@prescottbiopeptides.st and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We encourage you to check back periodically.
