Before you order

  • Are these peptides for human use?
    No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, or cosmetics, and we make no medical claims.
  • Where do you ship from?
    Every order is dispatched from our Ontario facility. Domestic Canadian orders arrive within 2–5 business days; international routing varies by region.
  • How is purity verified?
    Every lot is independently assayed by an accredited third-party lab. The certificate of analysis ships with every order and is also accessible via the CoA link on each product page.
  • Do you offer cold-chain handling?
    Refrigerated peptides ship in temperature-controlled mailers with phase-change cold packs. We dispatch refrigerated items Monday–Wednesday only so they avoid weekend transit holds.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Unopened, untampered vials are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery. Reconstituted vials cannot be returned for biosecurity reasons.
  • Do you sell to organizations outside academia?
    Yes — independent research groups, contract labs, and verified researchers are welcome. We do not sell to consumers.
