Prescott Bio Canada Inc. is a Canadian-owned, Canadian-operated supplier of research-grade peptides and related laboratory reagents. We were founded by researchers who kept running into the same problems with the offshore supplier market: opaque supply chains, slow international shipping, unpredictable customs holds, and certificates of analysis that were either missing, boilerplate, or impossible to verify. Our answer was to build a domestic operation from the ground up — corporate registration in Alberta, fulfillment in British Columbia, and an insistence that every lot we sell is tested independently before it goes on the shelf.

Our customers are academic researchers, independent labs, and contract research organizations who need materials with a real paper trail. Buying domestically matters for reasons that go beyond convenience: it means shorter cold-chain exposure, no border-hold risk, and a support team that answers during Canadian business hours. It also means our liability, our tax obligations, and our regulatory footprint all sit in the same country as our customers — so when something needs to be resolved, there is no international triage step.

Where we operate

We run a two-site structure by design. Corporate registration, customer service, and business operations are anchored in Calgary; physical inventory and dispatch happen from a warehouse in Richmond, British Columbia. Keeping the two functions in separate cities lets each site specialize — head-office staff focus on ordering, testing coordination, and customer support, while the Richmond team focuses on receiving, QC, and getting parcels to a carrier same-day.

Every order ships from Richmond. Same-day dispatch runs Monday to Friday for orders placed before the daily cutoff.

What we don’t do

We think it is fairer to be explicit about what is out of scope than to have a customer discover a limitation at checkout.

• We do not ship outside Canada. Every order dispatches to a Canadian address. We are not currently evaluating international shipping.
• We do not accept crypto. Payment is credit card via Stripe, full stop. Card payment gives you chargeback rights; crypto does not, and we would rather forgo the sale than sell to someone with no recourse if something goes wrong.
• We do not use unnamed testing labs. Our third-party lab is named on every certificate of analysis. If you cannot verify who ran the assay, the assay is worthless.
• We do not make medical claims. Every product on this site is sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics.

Third-party testing

Every lot is independently assayed for purity and identity before it is released for sale. Our current third-party lab is Testides. The lab name, contact information, and accreditation appear on every certificate of analysis; you can request the underlying chromatograms by emailing support with the lot number. Compliance and ethics

We do not knowingly sell to anyone we believe will use our products outside of a research setting. We reserve the right to refuse orders and cooperate with Health Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, and other Canadian regulators when required.
