Every parcel ships from Richmond. The exact street address appears on your shipping label. Do not send return shipments here without an RMA — see the refund policy for the correct return address.

We will acknowledge receipt within one business day and keep you informed of remediation progress. We welcome responsible-disclosure reports and do not pursue legal action against good-faith researchers.
