What exactly is BPC-157, and where does the 5mg tier fit?

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide fragment of Body Protective Compound, studied in pre-clinical cytoprotection and connective-tissue models. The 5mg per vial tier is the entry / small-cohort presentation, suited to protocol development or single-run cohorts where working stock turns over quickly. Both tiers ship as kits of 10 vials or single vials.

What does this specific lot’s CoA cover?

Every BC5-5MG-10V lot ships with a batch-specific certificate: reverse-phase HPLC purity by area and mass-spec identity against theoretical mass. The CoA is not a stability panel — those are separate assays we do not run in-house.

How do I reconstitute a 5mg BPC-157 vial?

  1. Wipe the vial stopper with an alcohol swab.
  2. Draw 1 to 2 mL of bacteriostatic water.
  3. Inject the diluent slowly against the vial wall — do not aim at the peptide cake.
  4. Swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial at 2 to 8 °C. Use within 30 days.

Should I order the 5mg or 10mg tier?

Entry / small-cohort tier. Suited to protocol development or single-run cohorts where working stock turns over quickly. If the study needs multi-week working stocks from a single reconstitution, BC10 reduces per-vial reconstitution overhead.

How does BPC-157 compare with TB-500 for tissue-repair studies?

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric juice protein; TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of the actin-binding thymosin beta-4. They are frequently studied together in tissue-repair models because their reported mechanisms (cytoprotective vs angiogenic) do not overlap. The Prescott catalogue carries both individually and as the BB10 or BB20 blend.

What ships in the box, and how fast?

  • 10 lyophilized BPC-157 5mg vials
  • 1 lot-specific certificate of analysis (HPLC + MS)
  • 1 handling and reconstitution insert

Orders placed before 14:00 PT ship the same business day from our British Columbia facility. Canadian orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

New to this peptide?

Most researchers start at ~250mcg/day, single site injection, and adjust based on their protocol. Consult published literature for your specific research goal.

How long will this last?

Assumes one dose per day. Peptides commonly dosed weekly (e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide) will last roughly 7× longer than shown.

    71. Golf-buddy Larry has been on this for a year and finally convinced me last month. Wanted to start with the smaller size before committing to a bigger kit. Shipped to St Catharines in 3 days. Three weeks in and my elbow doesn't scream at the top of the backswing anymore. Ordering the bigger one next.

Started with the small vial as a trial run. Won me over. Ordering the bigger tier next time.

Bought for my father, 74. Sore back for years after his farm days. He wanted to try before committing to a bigger order. Vials arrived to Chatham in 4 days, all fine. He's a month in and says his mornings are easier. Only knock is I had to help him with the online order, the site is a bit much for him.

    68. Knees have been shot since my hockey days. Buddy at the golf club told me about this brand. Started with the small one. Six weeks in and I can carry my clubs the front nine. Vials look right.

Product is fine but I had to email support twice because the order didn't show a tracking number for six days. They apologized and got it sorted. Arrived to Guelph on day 9. First-time buyer and the whole ordering experience felt shakier than it needed to be. Vials themselves are clean.

First-timer. Started small. Wasn't sure and didn't want to waste money. Three weeks in on the shoulder and I'm a believer. Vials shipped to Halifax in 4 days.

Second order. First time bought the small size to try, worked, so ordered again. Ships from BC to Trois-Rivières in 4-5 days both times. Wife's been telling me for months to stop grumbling about my back and try it. She was right, don't tell her.

Retired welder, 70. Hands ache in the morning. Started with a small vial trial and now I'm a repeat customer. Package to Barrie in 3 days each time. Grip strength for picking up the grandkids is noticeably better. Not exaggerating.

Box was crushed when it got to Sudbury and two of the caps were loose. Emailed with photos, they offered replacements which was right, but that's another week of waiting. Product I'll still use but the packaging needs to be tougher for a long shipment.

For my husband, 72. He wouldn't order it himself so I did. He's been at it a month and doesn't limp getting out of the car anymore. Best ten bucks I ever spent on a first vial.

69, walking three courses a week again which was not the case last summer. Buddy at the club is the reason I tried. Small vial to test the water, big vial ordered now. Delivery to Kingston was 3 days both times.
