What exactly is KLOW, and where does the BBKG80 tier fit?

KLOW is a co-formulated healing-family blend of four research peptides: BPC-157 (15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide, cytoprotective and angiogenic pre-clinical literature), TB-500 (thymosin-beta-4 fragment, actin-sequestering and tissue-repair models), GHK-Cu (copper-tripeptide, extracellular-matrix and dermal-fibroblast literature), and KPV (α-MSH-derived tripeptide, anti-inflammatory pathway research). The KLOW blend combines four healing-family research peptides — BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV, 20mg each — in a single 80mg lyophilized vial. Single reconstitution replaces four.

What does this specific lot’s CoA cover?

Every lot is independently assayed by reverse-phase HPLC for purity and by mass-spec for identity against theoretical mass. Lot-specific certificates of analysis are being catalogued and will be publicly listed on the product page as they come online.

How do I reconstitute an 80mg KLOW vial?

  1. Wipe the vial stopper with an alcohol swab.
  2. Draw 2 to 4 mL of bacteriostatic water (target concentration determines volume — larger diluent volume dissolves the higher-mass cake cleanly).
  3. Inject the diluent slowly against the vial wall — do not aim at the peptide cake.
  4. Swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial at 2 to 8 °C. Use within 30 days.

Should I order KLOW, or the individual peptides separately?

The trade-off is convenience versus per-component flexibility. KLOW’s pre-formulation removes four independent reconstitutions and the pipetting arithmetic of combining four vials into a single working solution. If your protocol runs BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, or KPV independently — or at ratios other than the fixed 20mg:20mg:20mg:20mg blend — ordering the individual SKUs gives per-component dose control at the cost of more prep steps per session.

How is KLOW different from Glow blend?

Glow is the three-peptide base — BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu at a total of 70mg per vial. KLOW adds KPV, the α-MSH-derived tripeptide, to build the four-peptide 80mg format. Designs targeting the anti-inflammatory arm alongside the BPC / TB / copper-tripeptide healing-family use KLOW; designs that stop at the three-peptide base stay on Glow.

What ships in the box, and how fast?

  • 10 lyophilized KLOW blend 80mg vials
  • 1 lot-specific certificate of analysis (HPLC + MS)
  • 1 handling and reconstitution insert

Orders placed before 14:00 PT ship the same business day from our British Columbia facility. Canadian orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

New to this peptide?

Most researchers start at ~500mcg/day, single site injection, and adjust based on their protocol. Consult published literature for your specific research goal.

How long will this last?

Assumes one dose per day. Peptides commonly dosed weekly (e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide) will last roughly 7× longer than shown.

So my brother-in-law started using this last winter after his back went sideways from a season of curling. He swears by it. Ordered because my shoulder aches when I swing a driver. Kelowna in 3 days. A month in, the shoulder is less sore on the course. That's a win in my book.

Getting one for everything is easier than four. Very very fast to Surrey, box was clean, will buy again.

Repeat customer. Husband's back has been better since he started — he does trades, framing crews, on his knees a lot. Sticking with it.

One vial instead of four is real convenience. One vial had a bit of scuffing on the label but inside was fine. Would order again.

Great. 70 next year and I want to keep gardening and picking up my grandbaby without wincing. My golf-buddy Doug bugged me for months. Ships to Edmonton in 3 days. Feeling less sore in the garden lately. Not a miracle but I'll take it.

Was hesitant. Buddy at the club told me this one is worth it. Vials look real, package came fast to Mississauga. Back has been holding up better lately.

The whole ordering experience was a hassle. Website was hard to navigate on mobile, checkout errored twice, and shipping to my address in Sherbrooke took 10 days. Emailed to ask what was going on and got a reply in a couple days but by then it was already close to arriving. Growing pains I guess.

Repeat customer, still trying to get back to the gym in my 40s after a rough year at work. Been trying to be healthier. Getting to the gym more often but last two orders shipping has been slower — this one took 9 days to Stouffville. Emailed to ask and got a slow reply that didn't really answer. Might shop around next time.

Wife has been telling me for a year to try peptides and I finally did. Elbow's been better on the course lately. Two-day shipping to Vaughan.

Costco doesn't sell this LOL so my curling-club buddy told me where. Retired welder, hands ache every morning. A couple weeks in and mornings are looser. Only ding — no invoice in the box which threw me for a loop, thought maybe I'd been had. Support confirmed the order and that was that.

Vials fine but the box was banged up in transit and the address label was half-peeled. Emailed pictures, offered a $10 credit which is not really the point. Product I'll use, but next time I want it packed better. Cabin's up in Muskoka and this stuff has to travel — protect it.
