Product overview

This SKU is a co-lyophilized blend of two of the most-studied connective-tissue research peptides — BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg) — combined in a single 10mg+10mg vial for streamlined bench workflows. Each peptide has been characterized in independent preclinical literature; combining them in a single vial removes one reconstitution step when both molecules are part of the same research protocol.

Independently assayed by HPLC and MS, and lot-traceable to the source preparation.

Mechanism

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid fragment derived from a sequence in human gastric juice. Preclinical models have characterized its activity around angiogenesis, growth-factor signaling, and cytoprotection of connective tissue. TB-500 is a synthetic version of the active 17-amino-acid region of thymosin beta-4 and has been studied in models of actin sequestration and cell migration.

The two molecules are frequently studied together in protocols examining soft-tissue repair endpoints, where the combined preparation simplifies dosing logistics in a research setting.

Typical research dose range

Independent preclinical protocols for the individual peptides typically use BPC-157 in the 200-500 mcg range and TB-500 in the 2-5 mg weekly range in animal models. Combined-vial study designs adapt these ranges to a unified working volume. Researchers should consult source literature for the specific endpoint under investigation.

Reconstitution and storage

Reconstitute each vial with 1-2 mL of bacteriostatic water for the target working concentration. Use sterile technique. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8 °C and use within 30 days for best stability.

Lyophilized vials should be kept refrigerated at 2-8 °C until first use. For long-term storage beyond six months, store at -20 °C in the original sealed vial. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Kit contents

  • 10 × co-lyophilized vials of BPC-157 (10mg) + TB-500 (10mg)
  • 1 × certificate of analysis (lot-specific)
  • 1 × handling and reconstitution insert

Frequently asked questions

Is this product for human consumption?

No. This product is sold strictly for laboratory research use only. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic, or dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Why is the SKU labeled nullMG?

The warehouse SKU generator emits the literal substring nullMG for multi-active blends because no single mg figure represents the vial. The strength is given by the individual quantities of each constituent (10mg + 10mg in this case).

Do you ship internationally?

This SKU ships from our Canadian fulfillment facility to addresses within Canada. International availability varies by region — see our shipping policy for current routing.

What is the shelf life of an unopened vial?

Properly stored at 2-8 °C in the original sealed vial, the lyophilized blend retains potency for 24 months from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is printed on each vial.

Mechanism of action

Co-lyophilized blend of BPC-157 (a 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide) and TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4), studied independently in pre-clinical connective-tissue and angiogenesis models.
