Every order ships from our British Columbia facility. Canadian orders arrive 2–4 business days after dispatch, with tracking and discreet outer packaging. Below is the province-by-province transit table and the rest of the fine print.

Discreet packaging

Outer parcels are plain, unbranded, and labelled with a neutral corporate return address — no peptide names, molecular structures, or research-use-only markings visible from the outside. Inside, vials are cushioned and packed with insulation appropriate to the 2–4 day domestic transit window. Lyophilized peptides are stable well beyond that window in standard packaging.

Frequently asked questions

  • When is the same-day dispatch cutoff?
    Orders placed before 14:00 Pacific Time on a Canadian business day dispatch the same business day from our British Columbia facility. Orders placed after 14:00 PT, on weekends, or on statutory holidays dispatch the next business day.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. We ship to Canadian addresses only. International expansion is being evaluated but is not planned for the near term. If you are outside Canada and would like to be notified when we open a new region, join the newsletter from the footer.
  • Is the outer packaging discreet?
    Yes. The outer parcel has no peptide branding, no product names, and no molecular structures. The return address shows a neutral corporate name. Inside, vials are cushioned and packed with insulation appropriate to the domestic transit window.
  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch, along with a link to the carrier tracking page. You can also see the tracking number on the order in your account dashboard. If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, email support and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
