All products sold by Prescott Bio Canada are research-use-only (RUO) and are not intended for human consumption. Because each vial is sealed and lot-traceable, we cannot accept opened-product returns.
If a kit arrives with a defective vial (broken seal, contamination, mislabel) or short-shipped, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the lot number and a photograph. We will ship a replacement of the same lot at no charge.
Where a replacement is not workable (e.g. the lot is no longer in stock and the researcher needs the material on a fixed schedule), we offer a refund-as-store-credit alternative against a future order. Cash refunds against the original payment method are handled on a case-by-case basis through the operator.
Email the operator address on the contact page with the order number, lot number, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every refund request within one business day.
